These terms govern your use of the HeyCents app and this website, provided by GETSYNOVA SAS, tax ID (NIT) 902.120.523-7. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

How we handle your data is covered by our Privacy policy and our Personal data policy, linked in the footer of this site.

HeyCents is a personal finance app for logging and organizing your expenses, income, debts and savings. It isn’t a bank, it doesn’t move money and it doesn’t connect to your bank accounts.

The information in the app and the assistant’s answers are for guidance only and are not financial, accounting, tax or investment advice.

HeyCents isn’t meant for minors: you must be of legal age to create an account.

You’re responsible for the account you sign in with and the information you enter. If you share a wallet, the other person can see and log transactions in it.

The assistant uses an artificial intelligence model and can get an amount, category or date wrong. Check the transactions it logs and correct them when needed.

• HeyCents Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that gives you full access to the AI assistant. Without Pro, the app includes a few free assistant uses.
• The price and length of each period are shown in the app and in the store before you confirm the purchase.
• New accounts may get a free trial; its length is shown before you subscribe. When it ends, the subscription is charged automatically unless you cancel first. If you buy the subscription during the trial, the unused part of the trial is forfeited.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically every month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can cancel at any time from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
• Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel the subscription: you need to cancel it in the store.
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s or Google’s policies.
• If we change the price, we’ll let you know in advance through the store.

If you downloaded HeyCents from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies in addition to these terms. If you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play’s terms also apply.

Apple and Google aren’t parties to these terms and aren’t responsible for the app, its content, maintenance or support: GETSYNOVA SAS is.

Don’t use HeyCents for illegal activities, to try to access other people’s data, or to disrupt the service.

The app, its design, code and trademarks belong to GETSYNOVA SAS. The data you enter is yours.

We do our best to keep HeyCents running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee it at all times. We’re not responsible for financial decisions you make based on information in the app.

You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Nothing here limits your rights under the Colombian Consumer Protection Statute (Law 1480 of 2011).

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and, if the change is significant, let you know in the app.
